You know that particular kind of mood you're in when you're sitting in a train going somewhere, or maybe you're still at the station, waiting, or yet again you're just casually taking a stroll somewhere after your working day is over, your mind absent, and you suddenly catch a glimpse of the sun going down? Not one of those postcard summer sunsets, more like the ones you see in the winter, when it's a bit foggy or cloudy so that there's no light-diffusion and the sun is just like this big, red dot in a gray sky, going down on stylized, black trees, much like in a Japanese painting. When it almost feels like you can sort of put your everyday life on halt, take a step back and have a look at it from the outside, see what's working and what isn't, indulge in your dreams for the future without being held back by all those small things that you need to take care of every day, which now appear ever so insignificant! That moment when you feel like you're flying above the forest, truly seeing the wood for the trees.
Well, that's the kind of pensive yet slightly optimistic mood I tried to capture with this song.

Banger after banger after banger. The stuff Ollie puts out is bloody brilliant! He’s a natural in every aspect; music and performing is just in his blood. Super hyped for his second record! Puteri Nurainn
Lean, cutting synthwave with an industrial edge from this California artist, with icy keys slashing across thumping beats. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 22, 2021
Just had to get this on vinyl although I've been listening to this album for a couple of years already.... now it can take it rightful place beside " Endless Summer!"🧔 Knut -Thomas
